WARRANTY:
Installation Warranty:
DCC manufacturers in general prefer to handle warranty issues themselves. If you have warranty issues, please contact them directly by phone or eMail. After your warranty with the manufacturer has been settled, we will issue a store credit for the cost of shipping.
Merchandise Warranty:
Any returns sent directly to the store will not have return postage adjustment. If merchandise is in sell-able condition, we will charge a restocking fee of 15%.
